What personal data do we process and how do we protect it?

For the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, the controller collects and treats the personal data that is explained in each type of treatment, and that will depend on the different services that you request or the contractual relationship that you maintain with our entity.

If you decide to cancel your personal data, these can be stored in our databases during the time periods provided by law to be able to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and will be eliminated once those legal terms or those that are applicable have been prescribed.

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as well as for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the interested party has not withdrawn the consent in order to continue saving his curriculum vitae for future selection processes. If you decide to cancel your personal data, they will be removed from our database of job candidates.

3.Lawfulness of processing

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the express consent that is requested.

4.To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your data could be transferred to other COREN Group companies, to participate in personnel selection processes. At the end of this document you can consult an updated list of the companies that make up the COREN Group.International transfer of personal data will not be made.

Video Surveillance data processing

2.Purposes of processing your personal data

We treat personal data for the recording of video surveillance images in the company facilities for security reasons.

The personal data will be maintained during the periods provided by law (one month).

3.Lawfulness of processing

Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

4.To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will not be transferred to any entity, except if requested by the Security Forces due to legal obligation. International transfer of personal data will not be made.

Visitors data processing

  • Identifying data: name, DNI.
  • Academic and professional data: company, position.

We treat personal data to control visits and access to company facilities for security reasons. Personal data will be kept as long as the interested party does not request cancellation. If you decide to cancel your personal data, it will be removed from our database.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as you do not request cancellation of the data. If you decide to cancel your personal data, these will be removed from our course attendees database.

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as well as for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

4.To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will be transferred due to legal obligations to entities like ‘Xunta de Galidia’ or ‘Fundación Tripartita’. International transfer of personal data will not be made.

Teachers data processing

  • Financial data: bank account.
  • Academic and professional data: occupation, position, qualifications.

2.Purposes of processing your personal data

We use the personal data you provide us for the management of teachers of the courses organized by the company.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as you do not request cancellation of the data. If you decide to cancel your personal data, these will be removed from our teachers database.

3.Lawfulness of processing

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as well as for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

4.To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will be transferred due to legal obligations to entities like ‘Xunta de Galidia’ or ‘Fundación Tripartita’ as well as to the Tax Agency and Social Security

Data transfers are also made for legitimate purposes related to the activity of the company: It will be necessary to communicate the bank details (NIF, name and surname and account number) to the financial entities in charge of intervening in the operation of the payment of the teaching fees.International transfer of personal data will not be made.

We use the personal data that you provide us for the management of the associates database, to maintain the contractual relationship, the accounting, administrative and billing management, as well as the fiscal obligations.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained. If you decide to cancel your personal data, they may be stored in our databases during the time periods stipulated by legislation in order to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and will be eliminated once these legal deadlines or those that are applicable have expired.

Rights of the data subject

In accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection, you have a series of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. The exercise of these rights will be free for you, except in cases where manifestly unfounded or excessive requests are made, especially for repetitive ones.

These rights are the following:

a.Right of information: You have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible manner, with a clear and simple language, about the use and treatment of your personal data.

b.Right of access: You have the right to ask us at any time to confirm if we are treating your personal data, to provide you with access to them and to the information about the treatment and to obtain a copy of said data. The copy of your personal data that we provide will be free but the request for additional copies may be subject to the collection of a reasonable amount based on administrative costs. We can ask you to prove your identity or require more information that is necessary to manage your request.

c.Right to rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate, non-updated or incomplete personal data concerning you. You may also request that incomplete personal information be completed, even through an additional declaration.

d.Right to erasure : You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. However, this right is not absolute, so that our organization may continue to keep them duly blocked in the cases foreseen by the applicable regulations.

e.Right to restriction of processing : You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data which means that we can continue to store them, but not continue treating them if any of the following conditions is met:

  • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  • The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
  • the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • The data subject has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

f.Right to data portability: The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. This right applies when the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.

g.Right to object: The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her, including profiling based on those provisions. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

h.Right not to be subject to Automated individual decision-making, including profiling: The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her. hall not apply if the decision: is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the data subject and a data controller; is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or is based on the data subject’s explicit consent.

i.Right to revoke consent: In cases where we have obtained your consent for the processing of your personal data in relation to certain activities (for example, in order to send you commercial communications), you may withdraw it at any time. In this way, we will stop performing that specific activity for which you had previously consented, unless there is another reason that justifies the continuity of the processing of your data for these purposes, in which case, we will notify you of this situation.
