Turkey Sirloin Rolls with Cocktail Sauce

  • 600 gr of turkey sirloin
  • 1 courgette
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • For the cocktail sauce: 1 egg, 150 gr of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, ½ tablespoon of brandy, salt and pepper.


1.The first thing to do is preparing the cocktail sauce: add all the ingredients in a bowl or in a mixer and crush everything until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Once the sauce is ready, save it and continue with the preparation.

2.Slice the sirloin thinly, about 8/9 cm, and roll up to the cuts.

3.Once ready, season them, wrap them in a courgette strip (previously cut) and cook them in a pan with some olive oil.


Place the rolls on the centre of the plate, with a thin cocktail sauce strip and a cress salad as a side.
