Preparation Preheat the oven to 180º C. Season the turkey drumsticks with garlic, salt and parsley –previously smashed in a mortar. Once the seasoning is ready, spread two spoonfuls on the baking tray. Roast the drumsticks for approximately 45 minutes at 150-160 º C. You can place the drumsticks on sliced onion if you want for a savoury and juicy touch. In a pot, boil water and chop or dice the vegetables. Let them boil for as long as necessary. Meanwhile, fry the –previously chopped– asparagus. Presentation Serve the drumsticks with some of the vegetable garnish on a side.
