Beans, artichokes and turkey dices paella

Preparation

    • With a sharp knife, dice the turkey and chop the carrot, the pepper and the leek.
    • Put a paella dish on the fire with olive oil. Firstly, brown the carrot, the pepper and the leek and some minutes after, the turkey.
    • Whenever you see some colour in it, add the rice and fry everything gently.
    • Add the water or soup (1 glass and a half of water for every glass of rice), the tomato sauce, the salt, a pinch of colourant, the chopped clean beans and artichokes.
    • Once boiling, simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
