1.Season the breast to your liking and grill it in a pan with a jet of oil to avoid sticking.
2.At the same time, boil the pasta in a pot with a jet of oil and salt. Since it is fresh pasta, 4 or 5 minutes will be enough.
3.Whenever the pasta is boiled, remove it. In the same pan previously used for the turkey, tear the basil leaves, stir with a bit of oil and add the pasta in a low fire so it can take the basil flavour.
Put the sautéed pasta on a plate and the filleted breast medallions on the top.
