Russian Salad with Free-range Eggs

Delicious, simple and quick recipe by Carmen Albo.


    • Boil the potatoes, the carrots and the peas first until they are just right. Let them chill.
    • Once cooked, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and toss the mix well.
    • Deep fry an egg in a pan. Once ready, shape the salad in a round steel mould and put the egg on top.


Break the yolk and mix the egg with the salad.
