Preparation The first thing to do is slicing the chicken. It is easier if the chicken is placed on a board with the breast upwards. Separate the two legs and, once sliced, split the leg from the thigh. The next thing will be putting the chicken with the breast downwards and slicing it together with the wing before separating. Once the chicken is chopped, proceed with the vegetables. Slice the corncobs, carrots and leeks, chop the pumpkin in squared pieces and leave the legs untouched. In a pan, put the chicken with the vegetables and add the broth until filling it up. Throw a pinch of salt and cook until the chicken is tender (25 minutes approximately). Presentation In a shallow plate, place the chicken pieces with the garnish and add the broth on top.
