Preparation Slice the chicken in not-to-big regular pieces. Add salt and pepper and roll them in the breadcrumbs. In a pan, fry them in extra-quality olive oil and leave them aside. Peel and dice the apple and the cheese and it will be ready to plate up. Presentation Place the apple and the cheese on the lettuce and add salt to your liking. Add the chicken and dress everything with oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. It can also be dressed with mayonnaise, mustard or lemon juice.
