Oriental-style Free-range Chicken Breast

      • This Oriental-style Chicken Breast recipe with Free-range chicken with skin is the easiest and flashiest preparation you can imagine and, as it is accompanied by very easy-to-prepare rice noodles, the cookery skill needed to make this recipe is the least imaginable.
      • In this case, the chicken breast will be airfried with skin; however, it can also be made in a conventional oven. So you can choose whatever you prefer. The fact that the breast has its skin, whether you eat it or not, will make the bite much more tender and juicier. Try out this recipe with skin and you will notice the difference.

    Steps to cook Oriental-style chicken breast:

    • Marinate the chicken breast in a mix of: 1 orange juice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Let marinate for at least one hour.
    • Heat the airfryer to 195º, put the breasts with the skin up, pour the marinade sauce and decorate with more sesame seeds.
    • Cook for 15 minutes (turn over halfway through).
    • Finish by roasting for another 3 minutes with the skin up at 205º.
    • In case you want to use the oven or you do not have an airfryer: 5 minutes at 250º and 13 minutes at 180º.
    • While the breasts roast, finely chop a chives stalk and boil some water in a pot.
    • When it comes to the boil, remove the pot from the fire and add 125 g of rice noodles together with the chopped chives stalk.
    • After 3 minutes, drain the water, keep the pasta inside the pot and add the remaining sauce after cooking the chicken. Mix the noodles well and it will be ready to accompany our delicious Oriental-style chicken breast.
