Skewered chicken with vegetables

A healthy colourful dish


    • The first thing to do is chopping the vegetables in a relatively small fashion so they are proportional to the skewer.
    • After that, stick a chunk of breast, another one of pepper, another one of onion, another one of courgette, etc. until completing the skewer.
    • The next thing to do is preparing the seasoning, if you want to add it (do not prepare it if you do not like it).
    • You can prepare the seasoning in very different ways: oil with spices for barbecue, oil with thyme or rosemary, etc.
    • Then, distribute the skewers on a platter and add the seasoning.
    • Let the seasoning macerate (you should do it the night before).
    • Finally, put the skewers on the grill and turn them once and again so they are properly browned.


The skewers can be accompanied by chips or wild rice.
